We are urgently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support in contracts and business development. The role involves assisting the CEO and Business Development Manager, handling contract drafting and review, managing office tasks independently, and supporting basic accounting functions.
Draft, review, and manage contracts and related documentation.
Coordinate and follow up with the CEO and Business Development Manager on project matters.
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks independently.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
Maintain organized records and confidential files.
Support basic accounting activities as required.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners.
Female, aged 30–35 years.
Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with contract management exposure.
Strong background in contract drafting and review.
Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
