Job Description:
The Incident Reporting and Investigation Officer will handle the investigation of workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and document incident reports.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-misses.
Analyze root causes and prepare investigation reports.
Recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Maintain incident statistics and safety records.
Qualifications:
Graduate Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
