Job Description:
The company is urgently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with proven experience in structural analysis, design, and site supervision. The ideal candidate must be MMUP (UPDA Grade A) certified, with strong technical and managerial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure

• Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and reports

• Ensure structural designs comply with local codes and project specifications

• Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines

• Supervise structural works on-site and ensure quality control

• Provide technical support during construction and resolve issues as they arise

• Lead and mentor junior engineers and draughtsmen

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

• MMUP/UPDA Grade A certification is mandatory

• QCDD certification preferred

Skills Required:

• Expertise in structural software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD)

• Deep understanding of construction materials and structural systems

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Excellent project management and leadership skills

• Effective communication and reporting skills

Additional Requirements:

• Must be currently in Qatar with valid documents
