Job Description:
A reputed company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Senior Architect who is MMUP (UPDA Grade A) certified. The candidate should have solid experience in design, project coordination, and architectural execution, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and planning for commercial and residential projects

  • Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materials

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural and MEP engineers

  • Ensure design compliance with local regulations and client requirements

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site design challenges

  • Oversee the preparation of presentation and construction documents

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of permits and QCDD approvals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • MMUP/UPDA Grade A certification is mandatory

  • QCDD certification preferred

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Qatari building codes and regulations

  • Strong design thinking and attention to detail

  • Good communication and client-facing skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available in Qatar with valid documents

  • Immediate availability preferred
