Job Description:
The company is seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors to manage maintenance teams and ensure timely and quality execution of repair and maintenance tasks across facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff

• Inspect sites and identify required maintenance tasks

• Assign tasks and monitor performance of technicians

• Ensure timely resolution of issues and record all maintenance activities

• Assist in scheduling and planning preventive maintenance

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering or Technical discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems

• Ability to manage a team effectively

• Good reporting and documentation skills
