Job Description:
Star Line Blocks Factory is urgently seeking Sales Personnel to promote and sell cement-based construction materials across Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales related to cement materials production and be familiar with the local construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cement and construction material products to contractors, builders, and dealers

• Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships

• Meet and exceed sales targets and monthly revenue goals

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

• Submit daily and weekly sales reports

• Follow up with clients for payments and after-sales support

Qualifications:

• Indian nationality (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the cement or construction materials industry

• Valid transferable QID

• Must own a personal car

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong knowledge of cement and building materials

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, email, etc.)

Compensation:

• Basic salary plus attractive sales commission
