Job Description:
Buhmaid Construction Company is looking for a Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing process and ensure timely procurement of materials and services required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and procure materials and services

  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices

  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality and cost-efficiency

  • Coordinate with project managers and departments for procurement planning

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience (preferably in construction)

Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Proficient in procurement software and MS Office

  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Additional Requirement:

  • Must have a transferable visa with NOC

  • Should be available to join immediately
