Job Description:
The Procurement Officer will oversee purchasing activities, source reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of materials needed for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors.

  • Manage procurement documentation and purchase orders.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries.

  • Liaise with project managers to determine procurement needs.

  • Ensure materials and equipment meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction sector.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and materials tracking.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of construction materials and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Must have a transferable visa with NOC.

  • Must be available to join immediately.
