Job Description:
The Construction Manager will oversee all site activities related to building works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all construction operations and project site staff.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• 10–15 years of experience with large construction companies, especially in building works.

• GCC experience is mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of building construction standards.
