Job Description:
Assist in cost estimation, contract administration, and project budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze project budgets and cost reports.

• Evaluate subcontractor bills and claims.

• Assist in contract negotiation and documentation.

• Monitor project financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 0–5 years of experience in a similar field.

• NICMAR graduates will be given priority.

Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of construction contracts and cost estimation.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
