Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Director to lead large-scale construction projects with responsibility for project strategy, delivery, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction project execution

  • Oversee teams and ensure timely delivery

  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and cost standards

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

  • 15–25 years of Gulf experience

  • Valid UPDA-A certification

  • PMP, PMI-RMP certifications are a plus

Skills:

  • Proven leadership and project management skills

  • Expertise in contract and risk management

Note for All Engineering Applicants:

  • UPDA certification and 10–20 years of Gulf experience are mandatory.

  • Candidates must be locally available in Qatar and ready to transfer sponsorship.
