Location: Doha , Qatar

Job Description:
Al Gharafa Contracting is seeking a Skilled and Experienced Crane Operator for its ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Qatar and have hands-on experience operating cranes safely and efficiently on construction sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate crane equipment to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment

  • Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

  • Follow site safety protocols and ensure proper rigging techniques are applied

  • Communicate with site supervisors and riggers to execute lifts accurately

  • Maintain accurate logbooks of crane operations

  • Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately

Qualifications:

  • Valid Crane Operator certification/license recognized in Qatar

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience operating cranes in a construction environment

  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID

  • Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and lifting plans

Skills:

  • Excellent crane operation and control skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

  • Ability to work under pressure and in hot weather conditions
