Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Secretary to provide administrative support and manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare and format reports, letters, and memos
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative/secretarial role
Filipino female candidates preferred
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Time management and multitasking
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
