Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Secretary to provide administrative support and manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars

  • Prepare and format reports, letters, and memos

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative/secretarial role

  • Filipino female candidates preferred

  • Good command of English (written and verbal)

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Time management and multitasking

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
