Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Coordinator cum Call Centre Executive with a strong background in mechanical systems and HVAC. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling customer calls, logging complaints, preparing reports, and having knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities:
Answering and managing customer service calls
Logging and tracking complaints accurately
Preparing daily and weekly service reports
Coordinating with the technical team for complaint resolution
Maintaining records and ensuring client satisfaction
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Skills: HVAC & refrigeration system knowledge, communication, customer service, MS Office
