Job Description:

A reputed company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Steel Structural Engineer with solid experience in GCC projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in structural steel design and analysis, possess a valid driving license, and be available for immediate joining with a transferable visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and oversee the fabrication and installation of steel structures.

  • Review structural drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering teams.

  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.

  • Prepare technical reports, calculations, and progress documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

  • UPDA certification (preferred, but not mentioned as mandatory).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in structural steel engineering.

Skills:

  • Proficient in structural design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD).

  • Strong knowledge of steel codes, fabrication, and erection standards.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
