Job Description:

Urgently seeking an HSE Officer to monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on marine construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Implement site-specific HSE plans and procedures.

• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.

• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.

• Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.

• Promote a safe work culture among workers and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with HSE certifications (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction, preferably in marine or oil & gas sector.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment.

• Good communication and training abilities.
