A leading cleaning company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Mandoob to manage all government-related documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will be Arabic-speaking, preferably from Eritrea or Sudan, and possess strong experience in Qatar’s E-Government services.
Handle all Government and Municipality documentation processes (residency, visas, renewals, labor cards, etc.)
Submit and follow up on various applications through Qatar e-Government portals
Maintain and update employee documents and legal records
Ensure timely renewals and compliance with government requirements
Build strong relationships with ministries, immigration, traffic, and other government departments
Support HR and Admin departments in legal and procedural matters
Minimum 5 years of experience as PRO/Mandoob in Qatar
Preferably Eritrean or Sudanese nationality
Proven experience with Government E-services
Valid Qatari Driving License
Transferable visa with NOC (mandatory)
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of Qatari labor and immigration laws
Computer literacy and familiarity with online portals
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Trustworthy and organized
