Urgent Requirement
A reputed company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in mechanical engineering, estimation, and steel fabrication, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate should be able to independently handle sales, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and steel fabrication sectors.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation and engineering teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
Conduct client presentations, site visits, and project discussions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of projects post-sale.
Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reporting to management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales within Oil & Gas, steel fabrication, or related industries.
Previous experience in Qatar in a similar role is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of estimation and steel fabrication processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and a result-driven sales approach.
Good command over technical specifications and project requirements.
Familiarity with tendering and contract processes.
Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
