Job Description:

Oryx Gulf is urgently looking for a Female Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in sourcing and hiring Home Care Nurses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment practices, labor laws, and a wide network in the nursing field. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified nursing professionals to meet company demand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified home care nurses from local and international channels.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, agencies, and nursing institutions.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and recruitment best practices.

  • Liaise with licensing authorities and coordinate visa and documentation processes.

  • Maintain updated records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.

  • Collaborate with department heads and HR team to forecast staffing needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

  • HR or recruitment certification is a plus.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or nurse staffing.

  • Proven track record in nursing recruitment, both locally and internationally.


Skills Required:

  • Strong network and sourcing skills in the healthcare sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of Qatar labor laws and recruitment standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
