We are urgently seeking Sales Engineers with hands-on experience in Interior Fit-Out project sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities in the fit-out sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to meet client requirements.
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
Conduct regular site visits and attend client meetings.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of interior fit-out projects in Qatar or the Gulf region.
Strong existing network of clients in the industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proactive and result-driven sales approach.
Good understanding of project timelines, design requirements, and client expectations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
Candidate should be currently based in Qatar and available to join immediately.
