Job Description:

SITCO is seeking experienced Business Development Professionals in the civil sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a valid Qatar Driving License. A valid QID and NOC are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the civil sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the civil sector.
• Preference will be given to Indian nationals.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have a valid QID and NOC.
