📝 Job Description:
Profession Aluminium & Glass Systems is urgently seeking a Finance Manager, preferably an Arabic national, with strong leadership and construction industry experience. The candidate must be ready to join immediately and take ownership of the company's financial strategy, reporting, and planning.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

  • Oversee financial statements preparation and ensure compliance with local regulations

  • Develop financial strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial risks

  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

  • Support senior management with strategic financial insights

  • Ensure cost controls and operational efficiency

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CA is a plus)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction/Aluminium & Glazing industry

  • Arabic nationality preferred

  • Must be available for immediate joining

🛠️ Skills:

  • Proven leadership in financial planning and analysis

  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry financial practices

  • Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks, or SAP)

  • Analytical mindset and strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
