📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Engineer to help grow our client base and secure new contracts in the road and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating business leads and converting opportunities into projects.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the road and infrastructure sectors

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Prepare proposals, bids, and business presentations

  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial proposals

  • Meet assigned business targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy

  • Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in road & infrastructure projects

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory

  • Age preference: Below 26 years

  • Immediate availability is required

🛠️ Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure projects

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals

  • Self-driven and result-oriented

  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and business development tools
