📝 Job Description:
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for infrastructure, utilities, and road construction projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in quantity take-offs, pricing, and tender documentation in civil engineering sectors.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates

  • Conduct quantity take-offs and determine labor, materials, and time requirements

  • Prepare tender and bid documents

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing

  • Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs

  • Support project management in cost control and budgeting

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Infrastructure/Utilities & Road Projects

  • UPDA Certification is an added advantage

🛠️ Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure and road project estimation

  • Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, Excel)

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
