Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on customer interactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback on customer service performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
- Filipino nationality preferred.
