Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage our overseas purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement and logistics of imported food products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle overseas purchasing activities including sourcing and order processing
Coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders
Manage import documentation and customs clearance
Monitor inventory levels and reordering processes
Liaise with internal departments to ensure supply chain efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Proven experience in international procurement and logistics
Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation
Skills:
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
