Job Description:
A fast-growing freight forwarding company is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales and establish new customer relationships in the logistics and shipping sector.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding (air, sea, land)
Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and logistics solutions
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitors
Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Excellent knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
