URGENT HIRING: Planning Engineer
Location: Doha , Qatar

Job Summary:
A highly reputable Civil Infrastructure Company in Qatar is urgently seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the GCC, specializing in Infrastructure and Civil Works. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in using Primavera software to manage, monitor, and report on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop schedules in line with project specifications and contribute to the program sections of monthly reports.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Write and submit detailed reports on project progress and key milestones.
• Ensure that project controls are effectively established and maintained across all projects.
• Review contractors’ programs to ensure they are in accordance with the contract.
• Provide assessments on Extension of Time claims and other project-related delays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Planning Engineering within the GCC, focusing on Infrastructure and Civil Works.
• Proficiency in Primavera software and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, controls, and specifications.
• Previous experience in reviewing and evaluating contractor programs and time extension claims.
• Must be available in Qatar with NOC and ready to join immediately.
