Job Description:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in the building.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and follow layout designs

• Install pipes, valves, and fittings

• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety

• Fix leaks, blockages, or broken fixtures

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in plumbing

• 2+ years of plumbing experience in facility management

Skills:

• Strong manual dexterity and physical fitness

• Problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
