Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for patients by addressing their concerns and improving service delivery standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients during their visits
Address concerns or complaints professionally
Ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the patient journey
Collect feedback and support service improvements
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, hospitality, or related field
Prior experience in customer service or patient relations
Knowledge of healthcare environment is an advantage
Skills:
Empathy and emotional intelligence
Clear communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong follow-up
Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus
