Job Description:
The Healthcare Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointments, complaints, and information dissemination through the call center.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments
Provide accurate information on healthcare services
Handle complaints and escalate as necessary
Maintain call logs and records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare call center or customer service
Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Familiarity with CRM or call center software
Patience and professionalism under pressure
