Job Description:
The Healthcare Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointments, complaints, and information dissemination through the call center.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries

  • Schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments

  • Provide accurate information on healthcare services

  • Handle complaints and escalate as necessary

  • Maintain call logs and records

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred

  • Previous experience in a healthcare call center or customer service

  • Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

  • Familiarity with CRM or call center software

  • Patience and professionalism under pressure
