Job Opportunity: Millwright Fitter / Foreman
We are urgently seeking experienced Millwright Fitters and Foremen for RLIC project works. This is a permanent and long-term position, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of machinery.
- Lead and manage a team of millwright fitters, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform inspections and routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a millwright fitter or foreman within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installation techniques, and safety practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in millwright fitting and safety.
