Location: Doha, Qatar
The Ventilation System Engineer will be responsible for the estimation, execution, and maintenance of ventilation systems, particularly focusing on staircase pressurization systems. The role requires strong expertise in HVAC and ventilation project management, with knowledge of fire protection systems considered an added advantage.
Design and estimate ventilation systems, including staircase pressurization systems.
Supervise project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
Conduct regular maintenance of installed ventilation systems.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and fire protection guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve site execution or maintenance issues related to ventilation.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ventilation systems, with hands-on involvement in staircase pressurization system estimation, execution, and maintenance.
Knowledge of fire protection systems is an advantage.
Strong understanding of ventilation system design and stairwell pressurization.
Familiarity with HVAC codes, safety standards, and fire system integration.
Estimation and BOQ preparation for ventilation-related works.
Site supervision and execution skills.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant design software.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Candidates currently in Qatar are preferred.
Must be available for immediate joining or within short notice.
