Job Description:
Seeking experienced General Maintenance Technicians for handling day-to-day maintenance issues across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Perform inspections and report issues to supervisors.
Ensure upkeep of building interiors and exteriors.
Qualifications:
Technical background in general maintenance.
2+ years of Gulf experience.
Valid NOC or Transferable Visa.
Skills:
Multi-skilled in general MEP works.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail.
