Job Opportunity: Structural Fitter / Foreman
We are urgently seeking experienced Structural Fitters and Foremen for RLIC project works. This is a permanent and long-term position, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the fitting and assembly of structural components, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of structural components.
- Perform inspections and quality checks on fitted structures to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of structural fitters, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate structural components into overall project design and execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a structural fitter or foreman within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of structural fitting techniques, standards, and safety practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in structural fitting and safety.
