Job Opportunity: Spray Painter / Foreman

We are urgently seeking experienced Spray Painters and Foremen for RLIC project works. This is a permanent and long-term position, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate spray painting operations, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Operate and maintain spray painting equipment and tools.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and completeness, addressing any defects or issues.
• Lead and manage a team of spray painters, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of painting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in spray painting or foreman roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in spray painting and safety.
