Job Description:
The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with planning, tracking, and executing day-to-day project activities. The role involves coordination with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external communications across departments.
Assist with project planning, budgeting, and procurement activities.
Track material and labor requirements; estimate costs and quantities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
Experience with ERP systems.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office and ERP platforms.
Strong communication in English and Hindi.
Time management and organizational skills.
Estimation skills for cost, materials, and labor.
