Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Officer to promote freight forwarding services over the phone and generate business leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients via phone to promote freight forwarding services

  • Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions

  • Maintain a database of customer contacts and call logs

  • Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

  • Achieve individual sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Logistics

  • Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience, preferably in logistics

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

  • Target-driven with good negotiation abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
