Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying and securing new freight forwarding clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies

• Identify potential clients and pitch freight services

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Prepare proposals and close deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business

• 2–4 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs, and logistics

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
