Job Description:
We are hiring an Assistant Transport Coordinator to support daily transportation operations, ensuring smooth and timely vehicle dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling vehicle dispatch and driver assignments

• Monitor vehicle locations and trip updates

• Maintain transport records and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with customers and drivers

• Ensure adherence to company transport policies

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Transportation, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a transport or fleet coordination role

Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Familiarity with route planning and transport documentation

• Basic knowledge of GPS tracking and fleet software
