Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced Asphalt Foreman to manage and oversee daily asphalt paving operations and site supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving crews on site

• Ensure materials and equipment are available for daily work

• Monitor work quality and safety compliance

• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers

• Manage time and labor effectively

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in asphalt paving

• Prior experience as a foreman is essential

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment

• Ability to read drawings and plans

Requirements:

• Valid QID & NOC

• Immediate availability
