Job Description:

A leading Office Furniture Showroom in Qatar is looking for a qualified and organized Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist to manage front office operations and support the sales team with coordination and customer follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, customer follow-ups, and updates.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain customer records.

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth front-office operations.

  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure proper documentation.


Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

  • Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination and reception duties.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
