A leading Office Furniture Showroom in Qatar is looking for a qualified and organized Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist to manage front office operations and support the sales team with coordination and customer follow-ups.
Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, customer follow-ups, and updates.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain customer records.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure proper documentation.
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination and reception duties.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
