Key Responsibilities:
Support daily administrative tasks and office operations
Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries and quotations
Manage internal documentation and filing systems
Prepare reports, proposals, and client correspondence
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
Schedule meetings and assist in client communications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Fresh graduates or candidates with prior admin/sales support experience
