Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Coordinator to act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of advertising projects.
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing clients and manage communication
Understand client needs and communicate them to the design and production teams
Track project progress and provide updates to clients
Handle client feedback and resolve concerns
Assist in proposal preparation and invoicing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2–4 years of client service or coordination experience (advertising/media preferred)
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage timelines
Strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project tracking tools
