Job Description:
The company is looking for a proactive and professional Admin cum Customer Relations Executive to manage front-desk operations, customer interactions, and provide administrative support to the management team.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow-ups
Maintain customer records and files
Support administrative operations including document management
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal teams
Maintain professional communication with clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Experience in administrative and customer service roles is a plus
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and business email communication
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
