Job Description:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the bakery production and distribution units to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise bakery production and logistics
Implement and monitor operational procedures
Manage staff schedules and performance
Maintain product quality and hygiene standards
Coordinate with sales and procurement teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, preferably in food production or FMCG
Skills:
Leadership and team management
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Knowledge of food safety standards
Proficient in MS Office and operations tools
Other Requirements:
Transferable visa
Valid Qatari driving license
