📝 Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Field/Outdoor Sales Executive (Male/Female) to manage B2B customer accounts and grow the company’s market share in spices and nuts across Qatar.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and other clients regularly to promote and sell products.

  • Maintain and grow existing client base and develop new business opportunities.

  • Ensure timely order placements and follow up on deliveries and payments.

  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in the FMCG industry, especially in spices and nuts.

  • Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.

  • Candidates with a strong FMCG network in Qatar will be given preference.


🛠️ Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a proven sales record.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Familiarity with local routes and sales territories in Qatar.
