We are urgently hiring a Field/Outdoor Sales Executive (Male/Female) to manage B2B customer accounts and grow the company’s market share in spices and nuts across Qatar.
Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and other clients regularly to promote and sell products.
Maintain and grow existing client base and develop new business opportunities.
Ensure timely order placements and follow up on deliveries and payments.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in the FMCG industry, especially in spices and nuts.
Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
Candidates with a strong FMCG network in Qatar will be given preference.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven sales record.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Familiarity with local routes and sales territories in Qatar.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the FMCG sector.
