Job Description:

A leading Oil & Gas company in Qatar is urgently seeking a Logistic Coordinator to manage and oversee all logistics-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination of materials, equipment, and supply chain functions. The role requires a strong background in logistics within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.

  • Ensure efficient equipment coordination across departments and project sites.

  • Maintain inventory of materials and update documentation and control systems.

  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and project teams to meet logistical needs.

  • Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

  • Track shipments and coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics coordination within the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

  • Excellent coordination and equipment handling skills.

  • Proficient in logistics software and MS Office tools.

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
