Job Description:

ACE Uniforms, a leading uniform supplier in Qatar, is seeking 5 highly motivated Sales Executives to join their dynamic team. This is an incentive-driven role, ideal for job seekers who are unemployed or anyone eager to earn based on their performance. If you're persuasive, confident, and passionate about sales, we’d like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships.

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients in relevant sectors (e.g. hospitality, healthcare, schools, industrial).

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective customers.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.

  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to meet customer requirements.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in garments, uniforms, or B2B sales.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic language is a strong plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
