Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Building Maintenance Foreman to supervise all aspects of building repairs and upkeep, ensuring smooth daily maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate maintenance team activities.

Perform inspections and supervise repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Manage maintenance schedules and inventory of tools/materials.

Ensure safety compliance and report incidents.

Liaise with property management or tenants for maintenance issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or technical certificate in Building Maintenance or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of building systems and repair techniques.
